Looking for a friendly and outgoing person to fill a full-time role as an integral member of our administrative and accounting team. An ideal candidate will show enthusiasm for new ideas, willingness to learn new skills and take pride in his/her work as well as evidence of a range of diverse skills that help support core operating functions of a small business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative functions
- An extreme attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- Willingness to learn and go with the flow as duties and volume fluctuates
- Must have experience with QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with pivot tables
- Beneficial to have experience with Microsoft Access, JobDiva, SharePoint and/or Teams.
- 40 hours per week. Hybrid work model. Tuesday's and Thursday's onsite in our Chesterland office.
Responsibilities May Include:
- On-boarding and off-boarding new hires
- Maintaining client databases of consultants and/or job postings
- Weekly and monthly report generation and distribution
- Manage customer relationships and questions
- Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts
- Monitor and approve weekly timecards for consultants
- Reconcile payments with accounts
- Perform delinquent account follow up
- Process accounts payable
- Code and enter expense reports
- Participate in ISO 9001 process audits
- Cross-train with other team members to provide back-up support
- Support Administrative and Management team members where needed
- Special projects as needed
